Antonio was wonderful! Aside from being a Veteran (always a special thing in this military spouse's heart) he is a delight to work with. I hired him to do a move out clean and the house is sparkling now! When he came out to do the estimate, we spoke about tile and carpet. He recommended a colleague and did the scheduling for me! It was such a relief to not have to find someone additional myself. Moving is stressful enough and it was so kind of him to handle that for me. He kept me updated throughout the time he was at the house while my family was moving into our new home. It was so nice to not have to worry about the integrity of the person in my house. I met him once while he did the estimate and then saw him next on cleaning day. It was like I was leaving my home in the hands of an old friend. I cannot say enough good things about Nice & Tidy! Great business. Quick to reply and came out that same day to give us an estimate. We have a big house and we felt the cost was very reasonable. We have/had 3 dogs and two cats. She did an amazing job. We were getting the carpets cleaned the next day but after her cleaning it almost didn't need it. She took her time and did a great job.
